Does anyone know what replaced the HP 3830 Office jet printer.It's been discontinued.  Can't find anywhere on this site someone to talk to at HP

You likely want to speak with the HP Store.

 

HP Support will charge you for the phone support - and Support may not have an answer to this question since it it market related and not support related.

There are not always direct "replacements" for one model after another.  You could also try searching (the store) for the types of features you want and then compare models.
