Does not allow me to print 4 x 6

Printing from pad or iphone will not let me choose 4 x 6 paper to print a photo.  Only options are 8..5 X 11 and  5 X 7.  HP Smart app shows only those options.  Regular printing on either pad or phone also only shows that.  Printing via computer is fine.  Help

If there are any updates available for your iOS devices, run the updates.

Update the printer firmware

HP regularly releases new printer firmware versions with product enhancements or issue fixes. Depending on your printer, apps on the printer control panel might also receive updates. Update firmware and apps on a regular basis to make sure you are getting the most out of your printer. Refer to this link for help.

Restart your iOS device and the printer. Try to print.

Also, you can remove the HP Smart App from your iOS device and add it back using the App Store.

Finally got the HP Smart app to show correct sized papers.  HOWEVER, now printing with my computer the printer just randomly seems to move back and forth between printing sizes.  For instance, printing bank statements for work, it printed on the 8x 11.5 paper but in a 4 x 6 area in the middle of the page.  So it does not automatically size page with paper.

What is the Operating system installed on your Computer?
