Ever since replacing my black cartridge for the first time (the printer is less than 2 months old), the printer gives a "Door Open" error and refuses to print. This is apparently a common issue, I tried all the steps of the "accepted solution" that was posted back in June 2021 by Jay_G24 and it still does not work. Are there any additional fixes or do I really have to send in my new printer for service after less than 2 months of use?
