Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

When I try to print A5 (with A5 paper) double sides the printer asks if the long or short side should be considered.

No matter of choice the printer show after I press PRINT: "Conflict short/long side - Shall I solve that for you?"

If I press YES it starts to print single sides, if I press NO, I get back the choice SHORT/LONG and then I end up in that cycle.

Question: How to print A5 double side in the correct way?
