Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Smart Tank 7305 Printer has suddenly stopped printing 2 sided even though I have checked the settings which show 2 sided is selected. It only prints as single sided.

I have not changed any settings recently and it has been functioning fine till now and I have not seen any error messages. The problem is occurring with all print jobs whether it is via a web browser or PDF.

I have restarted the computer but it has made no difference.

The printer is connected to a desktop by ethernet cable and I am on Windows 10.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply, how do I remove the cartridges as they are refillable and I don't see any way to remove them.

Thanks for your reply.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the smart app. In settings it now comes up with 'can't open printer home or EWS page' so I will try a new reinstall with the  app and see if that corrects the problem. Currently it prints on both sides and I have more print settings which were not working before. I have not been able to do a firmware update as I get a system error message. I was also getting this before I uninstalled the smart app.

Regards
