I bought a printer in Sept 2019, I had taken a trial on one of the printing plans, At the time of the setup it indicated that I would be able to change the plan to free plan when I needed to. However, I don't see the option to change to free plan now. Please help downgrade the plan. My printing needs are quite low as it is a home printer, I would like to use the free plan only. Had I know the trial would not allow me to downgrade to free plan, I would not have opted for the trial. I have been paying even when I barely print anything. Now I cant print even when I have plenty of ink. Can you please help to downgrade my plan to free plan?
