Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

der HP-Drucker (Laser Jet Pro M118-M119) druckt in Word keine Grafiken in vollständiger Größe (eingefügt im jpg-Format). In der Druckvorschau ist alles OK, aber im Ausdruck ist die Grafik rechts und unten abgeschnitten, wie vergrößert in denselben Maßen und deswegen abgeschnitten. Passiert in Excel nicht. Passiert auch nicht, wenn dieselbe Word-Datei mit Text und Grafik als pdf-Datei abgespeichert und ausgedruckt wird. Passiert auch nicht bei meinem zweiten Drucker (Canon Pixma),  weshalb es wohl ein HP-Problem zu sein scheint.  passiert das alles nicht. Windows-Update und Treiber sind aktuell. Wo kann/muss ich spezielle Einstellungen für den HP vornehmen? |
