I am unable to enable duplex printing on my new OfficeJet 9025 Pro for iPad or iPhone. The status printout says its there but... nothing. Great printers steadily going down the toilet with unnecessary changes that try to force new profit centers at the expense of intuitive usability.
this printer does nothing my old printers did but is just a mess of subscription and lost functionality. Here’s an opportunity to put a great brand out of business by simplifying the whole mess and getting back to serving the customer.
Why can’t I find a support telephone number.
