Dynamic Security feature affecting non-HP security chip for officejet pro 9010 series

Do anyone have the work around or download for the dynamic security feature affecting the use of non-HP cartridges. I understand that it is now against the law for HP to prevent the use of non-HP ink cartridges in their printers. I have an Officejet pro 9010 series printer (Officejet pro 9015)

@Smokeman24, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The third-party ink cartridges will work. But there are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why it is not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
