HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3635 All-in-One Printer

I am facing this problem recently with my printer.

When I power up the printer, it shows E symbol on control display and all lights blinking including power light.

I have tried the solutions mentioned on different forums and HP support site like removing power and connect direct to wall socket, remove Ink cartridge and install again check for jam paper, but still issue is not resolved.

Even I turned of my WiFi router and try the steps as well, but issue still persists.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Blinking Lights error: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04595284 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
