Hi @Cagatay27 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Envy 6032e All-in-One Printer. Let's try to troubleshoot and resolve the problems you're facing:

E0 Error:

The E0 error on HP printers usually indicates a paper jam. Here are steps to clear a paper jam:

Turn off the printer: Make sure the printer is turned off before you start checking for paper jams.

Check for paper jams: Open the printer's access door and carefully check for any jammed paper. Gently remove any paper you find.

Restart the printer: After clearing the paper jam, turn the printer back on and check if the E0 error persists.

E3 Error:

The E3 error typically indicates a paper size mismatch or paper loading issue. Follow these steps:

Check paper size and type: Make sure that the paper loaded in the tray matches the paper size and type settings in the printer software or control panel.

Reload paper: Try reloading the correct size and type of paper into the input tray.

Restart the printer: After reloading the paper, restart the printer and check if the E3 error is resolved.

Wi-Fi Connection Issues:

If you're facing Wi-Fi connection problems, follow these steps:

Check Wi-Fi settings: Make sure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Check the network settings on the printer and ensure it's connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.

Restart the printer and router: Turn off your printer, unplug the power cord, and also restart your wireless router. After a few minutes, plug in the printer and turn it back on.

Reconfigure Wi-Fi settings: If the issue persists, you may need to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings on your printer. Use the control panel on the printer or the HP Smart app to set up the Wi-Fi connection again.

Update firmware and software: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check for updates on the HP website and follow the instructions to update the firmware.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
