Bought new ink, 65xl. Instant e0 error. Cleaned, replaced, reset, firmware was already up to date. $36 wasted, scared to buy another cartridge and it not work as well. I purchased from BestBuy as per usual. GeekSquad troubleshooting mentioned new chips being used in the ink cartridges and older printers not recognizing these chips. My printer is from 11/2020. I wouldn't call that old. If this isn't resolved I will no longer purchase HP products.

@Vongdestroyer, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the printer is not reading the ink cartridge. Make sure you are using HP inks.
Insert the old ink cartridge and check for the error.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
For more info on errors and blinking lights, click here.
If the issue persists with more than 1 set of ink cartridges, I'm afraid it could an issue with the printer.
