I have an Envy 6055e. It has been working fine for many months. Between print jobs today, I got an E0 error.
1. I cycled the power from the wall for 60+ seconds
2. I removed and reinstalled the cartridges
3. I cleaned the contacts (twice)
4. I installed brand new cartridges
5. I did a hard reset from the back (15+ seconds)
Error is still there

Network Connection:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network properly.
- Use the HP Smart app to verify and manage network settings.
Restore Factory Defaults:
- Open the HP Smart app or use the printer's embedded web server (EWS).
- Restore the printer to factory settings through the advanced settings menu.
Reinstallation:
- Close the HP Smart app and then open it again.
- Remove the printer from the app and re-add it.
- Follow the setup instructions to reconnect the printer to the Wi-Fi network.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure the printer's firmware is up-to-date. Firmware updates can be checked and installed using the HP Smart app or the printer’s EWS.
