HP DeskJet 2710e printer. I have a problem with an EO error on my printer. I changed the color cartridges and since then it keeps reporting an error when I install the SETUP cartridges, the printer is about 2 years old and I haven't had any problems so far. I am interested in how to solve this problem. Thanks

  • Reinstall the cartridges, making sure they click into place.

Clean Cartridge Contacts:

  • Remove the cartridges.
  • Clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
  • Also clean the contacts inside the printer where the cartridges are inserted.
  • Wait for the cleaned parts to dry before reinserting the cartridges.
