I've recently got a hold of an HP DeskJet Plus 4155 from work and replaced both ink carts with genuine 67XL carts. It had off brand ones in it and it didn't error out. It faintly printed the printer's info page. Now after replacing, it acts like it's out when I clearly put brand new carts in. I did some research and cleaned where the ink comes out, cleaned the contacts on the carts and in the printer, reseated the cartridges multiple times, and even cut power for 60 seconds when it was on to try and reset. Nothing keeps this error from coming back up.
