Hi there HP Community,
I have a HP Ink Tank 419 Printer and sometimes the printer prints easily and sometimes this issue occurs.
The issue error is E1.
I searched about this on internet and got results that this is something related to the mismatch of the settings of the paper in the laptop and the printer paper loaded. But the settings in the device is A4 and the paper loaded is also A4 so where is the issue and how to resolve this issue. Please guide.
Thanks in advance.
Regards

Hi @AdvitSphinX,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with the E1 error.
If all the settings are right and still getting error E1,
you can only do a network reset on the printer and see if that helps.
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
If that does not help, you may have to contact the phone support for hardware issues.
