I’m getting an e3 error which means a cartridge jam. I can move the cartridge freely with my hands and there are no blockages. I have tried turning the printer off and on again, removing the cartridges and putting them back in, any other suggestions?

I am glad to assist you to fix the carriage jam error on HP DeskJet 2620 HP printer.

If yes and if the issue still persists, update the printer firmware
