My printer keeps making noise like it's trying to print but doesn't grab the paper. I get a notification that there is a paper Jam but there is not. I have done all the steps turning off, unplugging, checking for paper jams but everything seems fine. I want to try and clean it but don't know how. You can't get into it to pull the roller out. I'm using my android phone app and can't find anything on the app to self clean either. Can someone please help me? We have only had the printer for a month.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the paper jam error on your Deskjet 3752 printer.  Note that a paper jam will be reported if the paper is jammed or if the printer cannot pick paper properly.
