I'm receiving an E4 error code and I've followed all of the recommended steps. There is no paper jam, no foreign object in the printer, no dust, etc. I've tried completely unplugging the printer with no luck. The ink carriage won't center when I open the front door, I assume to stay out of the way to fix the jam? Has anyone experience this?

Hi @Ktfals,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer wherein you get E4 error and also the carriage does not move to the center.

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

And here are a few steps in the link:  'E4' Error Displays

You may also check the link: Blinking Lights

Note: You may follow the steps under the sublink: "The Number of Copies icon alternates between 'E' and '4,' and the Error icon, Paper Error icon, and Resume light are blinking" in the above document.

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.
