@Rosejim6, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that your HP printer is displaying the error code EBS00P0010. Don’t worry, I’ll do my best to help you resolve this issue. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this:

Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and the printer.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn the printer on.

Check Ink Cartridges

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Ensure all cartridges are properly seated in their respective slots.
  • Remove and reinsert each cartridge one at a time to ensure proper contact.

Clean Cartridge Contacts (if needed)

  • Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
  • Gently clean the copper-colored contacts on the cartridge and the corresponding contacts inside the printer.
  • Let them dry for a few minutes before reinserting.

Update Printer Firmware

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
