I purchased an HP Envy 5070 wireless printer in October of 2020.  It worked great until January 2021 when it ran out of black ink.  I replaced the original cartridge with a new HP 65 Black ink cartridge.  Since then I have never been able to get ink to appear on the paper.  Not black, not color, nothing.  The printer seems to run exactly as it's supposed to but the paper comes out with no ink on the page.  Any ideas on how to solve this?  I've reloaded the cartridges, disconnected and re-connected the printer to power and to the devices from which I am printing.  I'm stuck and sad because I've barely been able to use this printer.  Any ideas are much appreciated.  Thanks.
