ENVY 5532 Error Code C4EBA341 with all lights flashing

ENVY 5532 Error Code C4EBA341 with all lights flashing. Printer hasn't moved and is plugged directly into the wall.

I unplugged from the back of the printer, unplugged from wall, waited 60 seconds, plugged back in. No fix

I unplugged from the back of the printer, unplugged from wall, reset my wireless router, waited 60 seconds, plugged back in. No fix

I can't remove the cartridges because the printer won't fully power on - only give the error code C4EBA341.
