Only blank pages when I print. I can print no printer reports, cannot align the printhead, nor make copies.
Yes, I have removed the printer driver (using Mac) and I have tried brand new cartridges; turned the printer off and on a hundred times trying to get something to reset.
This printer stopped working ONE WEEK affter warranty expired. Unacceptable to find so many people expereincing the same thing. Be accountable, HP. The troubleshooting "solutions" you are providing for this all-too-common issue DOES NOT WORK. Fix this!!!!!!!!!
