Hello. My printer is completely non-responsive. When I unplug it and plug it back in directly to a wall socket, the screen illuminates and a loading bar appears. The loading bar moves and pretty quickly gets to complete, but then it stays there. There are a series of open circles below the bar. It stays on this screen indefinitely.  I have tried keeping the printer on in this state for over 24 hours, and no change. I have tried unplugging the cord completely from both the wall and the printer for a while, and no change. I have tried connecting the printer to a different outlet, and no change. Each time the printer powers on, it goes into this state. I hear no whirring/machinery noises as is usual when the printer turns on. The only other button that is illuminated is the power button, and that button is non-responsive as well. I left this printer alone at an office for three months without usage before I came back and tried to use it, it was working fine before then. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. Sorry if this was posted in the wrong place.

@Rob_BB_2020, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As the printer is stuck on the initialization screen, we cannot perform any troubleshooting steps apart from a hard reset that you have already tried.

Unplug the power cable, hold down the power button for 10 seconds and release it.

Plug in the printer and power on to check.

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
