Product: ACER ASPIRE TC-780
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting around to setting up Christmas present Envy 7155 printer.  It will not print or copy in color.  I have tried all steps advised in 123,com and nothing will resolve. Using cartridges provided with printer. It appears a color (Cyan) is missing. What are chances I'll have it fixed by Christmas day tomorrow?

Tried cleaning the catridge contacts in the printer and the cyan color is now available.
