Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I've reached a point of needing assistance, I'm not exactly sure what yet.

 

My 7155 will not complete a print from a Windows or an IOS device. I have attempted to print a PNG, website, and WORD doc, all with the same results. Hit print, the printer spits half the page or less, and then will say "Canceling". Unprompted, of course. I've run a copy, cartridge clean, and alignment all with no issues with printing those pages. Tech support couldn't find me and virtual support said it was out of its range of help. If I need a new printer, please break it to me lightly. It is only 2 years old with minimal use.

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

 

Open the dashboard, touch (Wireless), touch (Settings), and then touch Restore Network Settings.

 

Once done, connect the printer to the Wi-Fi.
