My Envy 7155 stops working at least twice a day and shows the error code: B8049FA0

Does anyone have an insight into how to fix this, or should I just trash this printer. It's fine for me when it works...

I understand that you are getting a B8049FA0 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.

Thanks so much Sandytechy20! The printer now goes into sleep mode as it should, prints on demand, and hasn’t crashed in days. Much appreciated!
