HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been receiving an error to remove and reinstall my black ink cartridge.

I did that.

I reset the printer.

Cleaned the connections.

Reinstalled Drivers.

Reinstalled the Printer.

Been working on this for 2 days - printed one document and the message came up again.  Very frustrating!   I am on the Instant Ink program, but for the 5 minutes I got the printer to work, the indication was that I had about 1/4 tank of black ink.

Do I have to go buy my own cartridge?  My last replacement was the color cartridge July 2018 (over 1 year) - don't think this is worth $36/year btw.
