It says that my paper is loaded incorrectly even when there's no paper. How do i fix this

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
 

1. Inspect the Input Tray:

  • Remove the paper from the tray and check for any debris or obstructions that might be causing the error.
  • Make sure the input tray is not overfilled. The tray should not exceed its maximum capacity.

2. Reset the Paper Guides:

  • Adjust the paper width and length guides in the input tray to fit snugly against the paper without bending it.

3. Clear Any Paper Jams:

  • Check for any paper jams inside the printer. If you find any jammed paper, carefully remove it to avoid tearing.

4. Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. This can sometimes reset any errors.

5. Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP website to see if there are any firmware updates for your printer. Keeping your printer updated can resolve many issues. click here
