ENVY Inspire 7200e printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on ENVY Inspire 7200e All-in-One Printer series I get blue screen with error code B8084696.

I already try to switch off the printer but does not respond to the botton pressure. I already try to cut the power supply for a while but when I reconnect  power supply the printer goes on and after a while the blue screen and the error restart again.

What I can do to recover the printer?

I am subscribed to HP smart.

Hi Pp7208, I see several people are experiencing the same issue with this printer. But nobody seems able to help us. I already wrote 5 hours ago directly to HP Product Support on WathsApp, but no answer, no feedback. I hope in the next hours somebody will get up with a solution.

Hi All,

It seems to be no solution. I was today 3 hours on WA with the HP Social Media Support. I shared pictures, videos, I follow all the instructions they gave to me. But no solution at the moment. I need desperately to print.... today I spent 50 euros in a Copy & Print center to print my files. I cannot go ahead in that way and I think tomorrow I will bring back the printer to the shop. I'm really dissatisfied both about the product and  about the (not) support received.....
