Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY Inspire 7900e printer send message to PC saying "printer out of paper" when it is not out of paper.  Sometimes it printers anyway.  Occasionally, it does not.  I have been disconnected from a phone call and from the Virtual Assistant twice with a "service temporarily not available" message.  Help?
