Hi,
my ENVY Photo 6234 has started displaying 'cartridge problem' on my black ink. Cleaning the contacts does not seem to fix this. Can anyone please tell me how i can request a new cartridge as i'm on instant ink and i'm not sure when one is due (I think its probably fairly low).

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
If the error persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
