HP Officejet 4632 isn't working at all based on above mentioned Error Code. Switch off and on of the printer isn't helping.

The Error Code 0X83C0000A NOS LOADER APP on your HP Officejet 4632 usually indicates a firmware or software corruption issue that prevents the printer from booting properly. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Perform a Power Reset
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove all cables connected to the printer (USB, Ethernet, etc.).
- Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.
- Plug the printer back into the power source directly into a wall outlet (avoid power strips).
- Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
Step 2: Perform a Partial Reset
- Unplug the printer from power.
- Press and hold the following buttons on the printer:
- Back button (⬅) and OK (or any other combination like Cancel + OK).
- While holding the buttons, plug in the power cord.
- Release the buttons once the printer starts.
- Check if the printer boots normally.
Step 3: Update the Printer Firmware
Since the error is likely firmware-related, updating the firmware might fix it.
- If your printer boots up after the reset, update the firmware:
- Go to HP Support
- Download and install the latest firmware for your Officejet 4632.

I did it but now is showing this error:0X007C9C98.
pls help
It happened another time to get ERROR CODE 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP and I was capable to change the new originals cartdrige with other new ones and worked until today.
If you can, pls help.
