Hi,

Restart the printer or press any shown button to remove the error first, than tap Setup > Netwrok Setup > Advanced Settings and disable IPv6 (toggle the button to show 0), then the error should no longer appear.

Same here, but for the 5258. Where do I find Network Settings...control panel?  I don't think I'm in the right place...I have Windows 10. Sorry, I could use an IT guy right about now.

I have a 5252. I was having difficulty finding the Network Settings also ( I am not a digital native). I found the Network Settings by tapping the wireless icon at the bottom of the screen on the printer. Then tap the icon that looks like a gear (I think this is the Network Settings). Next, scrol down that screen and tap Advanced Settings . What you are looking for, IPv6, should be on that screen. There is a toggle to turn it off.

Thanks for the help the error code is gone and printer is working for now and it still prints from other devices wirelessly so hope that error code doesn't appear again.  Appreciate your support.

Do update your printer firmware. The latest firmware will resolve this issue.
