Good afternoon,
I am writing you because I have an issue with my printer HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer - L411. Suddendly it has stopped to print, the files do not appear in the print queue. I have already turned it off and on, I have already removed the battery for at least 10 minutes, I have already tried to uninstall und reinstall the driver, but all did not work. Now, when I try to reinstall the printer, the error code EBS00P0004 appears and I can not go on. Could anyone help me, please? I find no other way to contact the assistence. Thank you in advance,
Federica

Hi @Federica1294,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code EBS00P0004 on an HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer usually indicates a problem with the ink system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check the ink cartridges: Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that they have ink. If one or more cartridges are empty, replace them with new ones.
- Clean the contacts: Clean the contacts on the ink cartridges and in the printer with a soft, lint-free cloth. This can help improve the connection between the cartridges and the printer.
- Reset the printer: Try resetting the printer by turning it off, unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in and turning it on again.
- Update the printer firmware: Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model on the HP website and follow the instructions to update the firmware.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
