Power Reset the Printer

Sometimes, a simple reset can work wonders. Try this:

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

Wait for 2-3 minutes to let it fully discharge.

Plug it back in and power it on.

 

Check the Ink Cartridges

Open the ink cartridge access door.

Remove the ink cartridges and inspect them for any visible damage or ink leakage.

Reinsert them properly and make sure they click into place.

Close the access door and restart the printer.

 

Update Printer Firmware

If your printer’s firmware is outdated, it might cause errors. You can update it by:
