ERROR CODE OXB3DBEA2B

I've tried everything I can read in the forums and can't solve this issue.  I have an OfficeJet 5260. I bought it 3 years ago. 

• I turn my printer on. 
• It works for about 5 minutes. 
• Then I get a screen that says "ERROR CODE OXB3DBEA2B" and all the lights start flashing. 
• It doesn't go away.  I can't even hit the power button. The error code never goes away unless I unplug. 

If I want to print, I can unplug my printer, the error goes away, and then I print, but 5 minutes later, the same thing happens. I've tried resetting routers, tried having it unplugged for hours on end, but the error code always comes back.

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
