Greetings and Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you - Are you using a genuine HP ink?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps!

@Lizzie1Dizzy2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you able to bypass this error on the printer screen?
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Have you tried the steps mentioned in the previous post?
Make sure you are using compatible ink cartridges.
Try using single cartridge mode to identify the defective ink cartridge. Insert One ink cartridge at a time and try printing or making a copy.
Clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridges. Refer to step 3 mentioned in this document.
Also, check for any paper jams inside the printer and if the carriage is moving freely.
Refer to the steps mentioned in this document.
Let me know how this goes.
