Product: ENVY 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

TOOK APART MY NON-WORKING ENVY 5540 printer. It looked like one of the ribbon connectors was unconnected so it was partially connected. so reconnected it and put the printer back together. After powering up the printer this error code was on the screen, ERROR CODE OXC4EB82C3. I've unplugged the power cord from the printer and the wall and let sijt for 2 minutes.  Tried holding down the power button for one minute nothing changes. Please help! I don't want to buy another printer.
