Hi @MILLBROOK1
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand how frustrating it must be to have your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e unable to receive faxes, especially with the F0.01.03.04 error code appearing. This error typically indicates a fax communication issue, possibly related to network settings, firmware, or phone line compatibility.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Restart Printer & Network Devices
- Power off your printer, router, and fax line modem (if applicable).
- Wait 30 seconds, then turn on the router first.
- Once the router is fully online, turn on the printer.
2. Check Fax Line Connection
- Ensure the phone cable is securely connected to the Line port on the printer.
- If using a DSL filter, make sure it is properly installed.
3. Reset Fax Settings
- On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup → Fax Settings.
- Select Restore Fax Defaults and confirm the reset.
4. Update Printer Firmware
- Visit the HP Firmware Update page and install the latest update for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e.
Let me know if any of these steps help! I appreciate your patience while we work through this.
