HI, WE HAVE A HP OFFICEJET PRO 9125E AND ITS NEW. THERE IS AN ERROR CODE F0.01.03.04 THAT IS COMING UP AND WE CAN NOT RECEIVE FAXES.

I understand how frustrating it must be to have your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e unable to receive faxes, especially with the F0.01.03.04 error code appearing. This error typically indicates a fax communication issue, possibly related to network settings, firmware, or phone line compatibility.

 

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Restart Printer & Network Devices

  • Power off your printer, router, and fax line modem (if applicable).
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn on the router first.
  • Once the router is fully online, turn on the printer.

2. Check Fax Line Connection

  • Ensure the phone cable is securely connected to the Line port on the printer.
  • If using a DSL filter, make sure it is properly installed.

3. Reset Fax Settings

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to SetupFax Settings.
  • Select Restore Fax Defaults and confirm the reset.

4. Update Printer Firmware
