Greetings, my fellow Community resolvers. I pray you can help me with the issue that I'm having with my HP  Officejet Pro 6230 eprinter. The issue that I am having is when I attempt to print, the error message states that I need to load the paper tray.  The paper tray has plenty of paper in it.  I've also tried troubleshooting several times by making sure no paper is jammed, turn printer and computer off for 60 seconds and turn back on. Printer is still showing the error message and light is still blinking on printer. I need HELP!
