Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My Envy 7640 started (about 2 weeks ago) not printing Ebay USPS shipping labels correctly. The top left corner of the label has lines as opposed to F-First Class, P-Priority,  The main problem is that the tracking bar code is missing bars and can't be scanned, thus can't be mailed. This is only a problem with Ebay labels. I really need advice/help as I can't ship my Ebay items! Thanks!

First, to better understand the problem, let's print a Printer Status Report to verify the hardware print results:

Can you see any of the printed colors as shown by the example, or may you see any missing color? is there any print quality problem, on the printed report?

I've done that multiple times plus wasted ink putting in new cartridges to be safe, and still the same problem.

And yet, what are the results?

Please let is know the results of the printed report, does the report  prints with the expected results as the shown example, or may you see any specific color missing or not printed correctly? How are both the colored bars, black bar and the black text of the report?
