Product: Hp officejet 6700 premium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer keeps giving me error detailing theres a jam in the adf mechanism, I've been through the mechanism and from what I can tell, the only issue is these broken elastic bands. The bottom one was broken off and not on the roller, the top one didnt spin very well and as you can tell the elastic is very worn out. Would this cause the ADF jam error message? Is there a way to replace these, because I have no ideo how they got damaged.

This is a hardware issue with the printer, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
