All I am trying to do is hard reset my printer to default settings so I can fix wireless connection issues. I have tried holding the cancel,WiFi, and wireless direct buttons for 3 seconds, all it does is print info pages. I have tried the automated troubleshooting tool to fix my connection issues to no avail. I have tried asking the virtual assistant chat to no avail. I found a page with the option to email hp but I cannot find it again

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- Is the wireless light on the printer is steady or blinking?
- Are you able to make a copy?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
While you respond to that, I recommend you try running the HP Print and scan doctor and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
Please download and run the HP Print And Scan Doctor from this Link: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Run PSDR v5.0.2
Once the PSDR detects the Printer, it will show up the IP address and Software Status.
Select the correct Printer and click on Next.
PSDR will check if the Printer is on the Network and communication between the PC and the Printer. Once the connection check is done, click on Fix Printing
Once PSDR goes through all checks and automatic fixes, click on Print a test page.
Regardless if PSDR printed the test page or not, click on “NO PRINT”
PSDR will then notify you that there is an update available, click on continue, and PSDR will apply the patch and ask for a reboot.
Post restart the PSDR will run automatically to check for more issue. If no issue found close PSDR.
Also, try using the HP Smart App and let me know if that helps. Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/hp-smart/9wzdncrfhwlh
You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142 for more information on HP Smart App
If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you contact HP phone support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.
Please follow the below steps to restore the network defaults.
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
