Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I initially installed my HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 printer I disabled the Fax function. Now I want to enable it. When I try to setup the Fax function the software says: "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer." I am the person who set up the printer. I tried Reset to Factory Defaults but still get this message. How can I enable the Fax function?

The steps provided did enable me to do a full reset. But that did not solve the problem. What finally worked was going into Preferences > Security > Advanced and checking all the Fax boxes.  Then I had to power cycle. Once that was done, I was able to configure and test the faxing.
