I own a HP Envy 4502 print scan copy photo printer. I need to print a FedEx label and it is not allowing me to get the correct size. I am getting it too large and off the page. FedEx will not be able to scan with it like this. It's been a week now that I've been messing with this printing issue to try and get it to come out correctly. Every time I go to print it says encryption not accepted and I have to click accept it reject so it has something to do with the encryption issue. Please advise on how to correct this. Already clicked back to default setting. It seems there is a problem every time there's a change to the system that something goes wrong with printing. It doesn't upgrade everyone's printers in the outside world here. If it's not a company printer then this is what keeps happening.
