Hi Guys, I have a customer who keeps asking for the printer to be set up so it wont go into sleep mode - ie stays on all the time, because when it does, if it goes into deep sleep due to inactivity, it wont wake up when a print job is sent.

My understanding is that energy savings are a default feature of this model and you can delay the period to 115 minutes max but you cannot switch them off.

Is this true or is there a way to switch them off for good via the front panel or the EWS?
