Product: Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Purchased new 61XL color cartridge today, unpon installing it printer says the cartridge is incompatible. Does not give me any error message number just states that it is incompatible and will not do anything until I remove it and install the empty cartridge back in. Already tried a reboot and unplugging it or a bit before powering back up and trying again.

HP Recommended

Ended up being a faulty ink cartridge. The store thankfully exchanged the cartridge for a new one today. Installed with no issues and working fine now.
