Hi everyone,
Having an envy 4524 printer, used on a win11 laptop, the printer does not eject the job and reports "User intervention required!"
If I then restart the computer, the old job (presumably from the printer spooler) is printed out immediately after starting the computer, without any further prompting. No original cartridges are used.
If I place the order from another device, such as an Android smartphone, there is no delay.
Is the effect known and what should be done to avoid the lag when using the laptop? Security software (“GDATA Internet Security”) is used on the laptop. The printer is connected to the router via WLAN.
