Hi,

I've acquired an new but unpacked HP Envy 5020, missing the SETUP cartridges.

It's a first time setup.

It asks me to replace the otherwise original HP cartridges with the "SETUP" ones...

 

I can see I have to get some inside information from HP crew to solve this?
